Tips & Secrets - Hayden Hawks interview at the Tarawera Ultra

It was with great pleasure CurraNZ and Tarawera Ultra partners Precision Fuel & Hydration hosted Hayden Hawks on the first day of the Tarawera Ultra exhibitors' event.
Hayden was interviewed by Russel Smith, the sweat tester from Precision Fuel. Hayden, named Ultra Runner of the Year 2024, did not disappoint with lessons learnt from a very successful year as well as great tips for runners of all stages in their running journey.
Hayden lined up at the start line on the Saturday morning in the T50km race and took out the title and a new course record despite some glitches along the way.
