Globetrotting CurraNZ star takes more honours in Australian double-header

GLOBETROTTING CurraNZ ambassador, Jo Zakrzewski, has taken back-to-back wins in an exciting doubleheader of racing in Australia, where the Brit is now based.
The first race, the Port Macquarie Treble Breakwall Buster, held in early March, consisted of a half marathon followed by a 10km then a 5km.
Jo (pictured, above) won all three stages, which allowed for involved intermittent stopping between distances to give muscles time to cool.
Jo noted that CurraNZ probably gave her an added advantage as the enhanced blood flow from the product would have continued despite the stoppage time.
Just a week after the Breakwall Buster, Jo lined up in the Six Foot Track Marathon in the Blue Mountains.
Jo started slowly in the 45km race, considered Australia's premier trail running event, but kept pushing her way to the front, gradually chasing down the women in front of her and winning in a time of 4:20:58.
