We recommend dosing daily - like any healthy habit, CurraNZ needs to be taken regularly to enjoy the benefits.
FOR GENERAL HEALTH AND WELLNESS
- Use one to two capsules daily, with or without food.
- Take in the mornings if you have a busy day ahead, or morning+night if you need additional overnight support.
FOR SPORTS ENDURANCE AND ENHANCED ENERGY METABOLISM DURING EXERCISE
- Take approximately two hours before exercise
- Use daily. A minimum of 7 days of loading is required for performance effects. The product will not be effective for fat oxidation if used intermittently.
- The best dose for endurance and fat burning is two capsules daily, irrespective of weight.
One capsule will still achieve results, but to a lesser degree.
- Racing or training over an extended period of eight hours or more? Redose (two capsules) 4-6 hours after first dose. In preparation for race day, test using the level of dosing prior to the big day.
- Take on rest days too, (morning or night), with or without food.
FOR POST-EXERCISE MUSCLE RECOVERY
- CurraNZ can just be used on the days you train, but the effects are better with daily use.
- Use one capsule up to 75kg, or two capsules if 75kg+.
- Take approximately two hours before exercise.
- Can be used again before bed, for additional overnight support, for example undertaking prolonged exercise activity that day.
