DOSING - HEALTH:
Rule of thumb: Take in the mornings (with or without food)
- Take 1 capsule daily for general health and wellbeing
- Take 2-3 capsules daily for additional anti-inflammatory and immune support.
DOSING - SPORT
Rule of thumb: Take two hours before exercising, with or without food.
- One capsule if under 75kg. Increase to two capsules if over 75kg
- More than three capsules in one dose is unnecessary
- If you forget, or train early in the morning, then take CurraNZ as close as possible to exercising or upon rising.
- For additional recovery, dose morning and night until muscle soreness has resolved.
A loading period of a week, using 1-2 capsules, is required to activate blood flow, fat burning and performance outcomes.
- Two capsules, irrespective of weight, is the recommended dose to deliver optimum performance results.
- Re-dose every six hours if exercising for long periods
