Customers of the Month - meet the trans-Tasman rugby-playing brothers enjoying on-pitch advantages with CurraNZ

on April 02, 2020

MEET this month's star customer duo, high-profile rugby-playing brothers Scott and Clinton Malolua, who are making headlines in the trans-Tasman rugby world.

Scott (pictured left) is a Samoan International, who plays in Super Rugby with the Queensland Reds and was chosen to represent his country at the Rugby World Cup before injury ruled him out.

Scott  reveals: 'I’ve been using CurraNZ for a few months now and it has made a huge difference to my ability to perform, not only on game day but every other day of the week.

"It’s like a little ball of energy that keeps the legs ticking over not only on the field but more importantly off the field while I’m recovering".

Scott was recommended our blackcurrant beauties by his up-and-coming younger brother, who gave the product the thumbs-up after four weeks of testing.

Clinton says: “My energy has increased during workouts and I don’t feel the same muscle fatigue afterwards, compared to when I wasn’t on CurraNZ.

“It has also helped my immune system, I haven't picked up any infections, which is really common when you're training hard and your body is in constant recovery mode.

“I take CurraNZ daily, whether it’s training, days off and especially during the pre-season games we had last month.

“Interestingly I have also noticed it has supported my weight loss.”

Clinton, who plays in the position of prop (pictured below, working out at home during Lockdown), is the latest player to sign with Premier Division side Counties Manukau.

He says: “I’m hoping we will see some rugby competition this season, I’m still training hard with the hope that the Mitre 10 Cup competition will go ahead.”

We wish Clinton all the best with his new club – and hope rugby returns to our screens soon, too.
